I am an EFT International accredited Certified Master Trainer And also a very experienced practitioner, so I like to teach in a more practical hands-on way.

I offer:

  • EFT training Levels 1,2 and 3 (leading to EFT International certification)

  • Supervision and mentoring for EFT practitioners (face-to-face and/or via Zoom)

  • Workshops on specific themes for EFT practitioners and the public

  • 2-day workshops on the basics of aromatherapy

  • Talks for groups and conferences.

EFT Training Courses

 

EFT Level 1

Is for people who would like to learn how to use this remarkable tool effectively for themselves and/or their friends and family. For professionals, it is an obligatory foundation for Level 2 and EFT International certification.

The 12 hours of teaching include demonstrations and practical exercises designed to help you learn how:

  • (and when) to tap

  • to use the basic techniques to calm fears and clear disturbing memories

  • to begin to conquer addictions such as sugar, tobacco and alcohol

  • to tap for physical or emotional pain.

You will also learn about:

  • the history of EFT

  • meridian energy and how tapping works

  • the impact of trauma and traumatic events and how to be free of the past.

The next EFT1 training course will be in French and will take place on the 16th-17th November 2024.

EFT Level 2

is for anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge and skills either on a professional or personal basis. It is where the basics of Level One really come alive, and you will learn further techniques for getting the most from this remarkable tool – for example, the 'gentle techniques' that will enable you to clear painful memories simply and efficiently without triggering further distress.

The 18 hours of teaching include demonstrations and practical exercises designed to help you learn how:

Once Level 2 has been completed, you can apply to enter the EFTi mentoring and certification programme: a rewarding way of finding support, asking questions and continuing to work in small groups as you learn and grow as a practitioner.

EFT LEVEL 3

is for Level Two practitioners who are now competent in using the techniques they have learned, and who want to go further and develop their skills. You will cover all kinds of topics from self-compassion and inner-child work to emotional inheritance. The course aims to let you off the leash and to guide you from 'conscious' to 'unconscious competence'!

EFT International certification programme

 

What do you need to do?

  • Complete EFTi Level 1 and 2 training

  • Join EFTi as a student member

  • Pass the Level 2 EFTi exam

  • Carry out at least 6 hours of individual/group mentoring

  • Carry out 50 hours of practice (50 EFT sessions) with at least 20 different people

  • Submit a minimum of 3 case studies (on different people) + 1 personal case study

  • Present 1 recorded session (audio or visual)

What can I do for you?

I undertake to support you for the entire procedure (about 6 - 12 months) by:

  • Reading and evaluating your 50 practice sessions with detailed feedback

  • Reading and evaluating your 4 case studies with detailed feedback

  • Watching/listening to and evaluating your recording with detailed face-to-face feedback

  • 9 hours of individual and group mentoring.

 

Total price €950 (payable in 3 instalments).

Mentoring for certified practitioners

Once certified, what do you need to do?

In order to maintain your certified status, you need to fulfil annual Continuous Personal Development (CPD) and mentoring requirements:

  • 30 hours of EFT-related study (videos, workshops, books, seminars and conferences etc.)

  • Minimum of 6 hours annual mentoring (individual or in groups of 8 or less) with an EFTi-accredited Master Trainer.


Individual mentoring sessions by Zoom for practitioners:

80€ per person for 1 hour.

Group mentoring sessions by Zoom for practitioners:

My aim is to create a relaxed atmosphere in which you feel free to share your successes as well as your most difficult cases. Limited to 4 people, each person has the opportunity to email their needs prior to the session. Come and discuss your challenging cases and learn from other group members. This group is open to accredited practitioners and can be counted towards your EFTi supervision hours.

30€ per person for 1 hour.
